Healthy recipe – Cup of yogurt with grain and seasonal fruits

IMG_8610Maintaining a healthy and balanced diet doesn’t mean you have to give up desserts! Try this recipe for a healthy and sweet treat!

Ingredients

  • Green grape
  • Red Grape
  • Mandarin
  • Yogurt
  • Grain

Instructions

First, wash the fruit, peel the mandarins into sections and cut the grapes into small pieces. In a transparent glass we first put a layer of yogurt, followed by grain and second layer of yogurt on top. Lastly, add the cut fruit pieces on top to form the final layer.

Tips

IMG_8611You can use different types of fruit to give more color, variety and it’s encouraged to rearrange the layers of ingredients as preferred.
