Maintaining a healthy and balanced diet doesn’t mean you have to give up desserts! Try this recipe for a healthy and sweet treat!

First, wash the fruit, peel the mandarins into sections and cut the grapes into small pieces. In a transparent glass we first put a layer of yogurt, followed by grain and second layer of yogurt on top. Lastly, add the cut fruit pieces on top to form the final layer.
You can use different types of fruit to give more color, variety and it’s encouraged to rearrange the layers of ingredients as preferred.
