Healthy recipe – Yogurt, Fruit, and Grain Smoothie

Ingredientsbatido

  • A peeled and chopped apple ( seedless )
  • A peeled orange
  • 600g low-fat or non-fat milk
  • A fiber-filled grain product in powder form
  • All natural yogurt

Elaboration

Place all ingredients in a blender, mix well, and enjoy at room temperature or chilled!
