As a health and wellness organization, Gasol Foundation couldn’t be more excited! Regular physical activity is good for everyone’s health. Most importantly, people of all ages and body types can be physically active.
Exercise is defined as any movement that makes your muscles work and requires your body to burn calories. Therefore, there are many types of physical activity, including swimming, running, jogging, walking and dancing, to name a few.
You don’t have to be an elite athlete to be fit. It doesn’t even matter where you are on your fitness journey or how you ended up here. You can make healthier choices starting today. Get up, get out and #MoveInMay!
