VIDA! Health and Wellness

VIDA! Health and Wellness, a family program offered, in collaboration with Partnership for Los Angeles Schools, is available throughout the school year as a resource for children ages 6-12 and their families to learn the tools necessary to live a healthy lifestyle.

Summary

  • What? VIDA! is program with the goal of promoting healthy habits for families.
  • Who? Children ages 6 – 12 ages and their parents.
  • Why? Following the Gasol Foundation’s coordinated approach this program involves the participation of children and parents together.
  • How? The families participate in a 2 – hour workshop together once a month.
  • When? The program is offered throughout the school year.
  • Where? Communities of Boyle Heights, South L.A. and Watts in Los Angeles.
